January 12th, 2021
Opening
The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m., on January 12th, 2021 at Headwaters Church.
Present
Ann Strebig – President, Rachael Caldwell – Secretary, Jerry Vandeveer – Treasurer, June Ball – Accountant, and 1 resident present
Treasurer’s Report
Reported a balance of $26,638.37 as of November 30th, 2020 and reported a balance of $60,420.99 as of December 31st, 2020.
New Business/ Old Business
Rip Rap – we have two quotes but want one more before making a decision.
Wallen Road Entrance has a electrical issue, must wait til spring to have electrician look at it.
Couple lights outs, will have electrician work on that in spring.
Landscaping, a bush on Medallion is a hazard, needed removed, Jerry will get a quote.
Still need a tree for island on Fox Orchard this spring.
Open Discussion
Wood and Vinyl fencing allowed, no chain link fencing is allowed.
