September 11th, 2018
Opening
The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m., on
September 11th, 2018, at Wallen Baptist Church by Ann Strebig.
Present
Ann Strebig – President, Ado Kantaevic – Vice President, Zach Meyer – Treasurer, Rachael Caldwell – Secretary, and one residents.
Meeting Minutes
Reviewed July minutes, motion to approve was made.
Treasurer’s Report
Reported a balance of $30,675.88 as of July 31st, 2018 and reported a balance of $26,889.89 as of August 31st, 2018.
New Business
Newsletter – 2019 meeting dates, dues, improvements, winter, etc. to be included.
Open Discussion
One resident complaint.
Adjournment
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made and seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:36 PM by Ann Strebig. The next meeting is the Annual HOA meeting, which will be held on November 13th, 2018 @ 7:00 p.m., at Wallen Baptist Church.
