Millstone Village Meeting

Meeting Minutes

January 10^th, 2018

Opening

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m., on

January 10^th, 2018, at Wallen Baptist Church by Ann Strebig.

Present

Ann Strebig – President, Ado Kantaevic – Vice President, Rachael Caldwell – Secretary, Rob Aplin – Attorney, June Ball – Accountant.

Meeting Minutes

Reviewed and approved October meeting minutes.

Treasurer’s Report

Rachael reported a balance of $22,275.01 as of November 31^st, 2017 and a balance of $52,697.99 as of December 31^st, 2017.

New Business

Front entrance light – one quote received from LA Electric, need one more quote.

Parks need repair/replacement – spoke of Parkview program.

Tabled talk of Trail Clean up til March meeting – need to cut back trees on trail/hanging branches.

Adjournment

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made and seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:24p.m. by Ann Strebig. The next meeting is the Annual HOA meeting, which will be held on March 13^th @ 7:00 p.m., at Wallen Baptist Church.
