January 8^th, 2019

Opening

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m., on

January 8^th, 2019, at Wallen Baptist Church by Ann Strebig.

Present

Ann Strebig – President, Ado Kantaevic – Vice President, Kaitlyn Targgart – Treasurer, Rachael Caldwell – Secretary, and two residents.

Treasurer’s Report

Reported a balance of $25,288.67 as of November 30^th, 2018 and reported a balance of $52,742.26 as of December 31^st, 2018.

New Business

Discussed landscaping and maintenance plan for spring 2019.

Approval was made to purchase and place new boulders for Northland Blvd entrance.

Approval was made for amount of $500 for Turf Integrity to trim trees and overgrowth near walkway area close to Wallen Road entrance.

Approval was made to remain with Aquatic Management, signing new contract.

Adjournment

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made and seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 PM by Ann Strebig. The next meeting is the Annual HOA meeting, which will be held on March 12^th, 2019 @ 7:00 p.m., at Wallen Baptist Church.

2017 Annual Meeting Minutes

November 14^th, 2017

Opening

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m., on November 14^th, 2017, at Wallen Baptist Church by Ann Strebig.

Present

Ann Strebig – President, Ado Kantaevic – Vice President, Zach Meyer – Treasurer, Rachael Caldwell – Secretary, and four residents.

Meeting Minutes

Reviewed November 2016 meeting minutes. Motion to approve was made and accepted.

Treasurer’s Report

Rachael reported a balance of $12,540.80 as of October 31^st, 2017.

Went over budget, went over capital improvements.

Open Discussion

Trail has hanging branches. All American Clean up.

One Architectural request from resident present.

Reports of someone driving thru yards.

Report of landscape light out at Lima entrance.

Votes counted – same board members remain for 2018.

Treasurer’s Report

Reported a balance of $30,675.88 as of July 31^st, 2018 and reported a balance of $26,889.89 as of August 31^st, 2018.

New Business

Newsletter – 2019 meeting dates, dues, improvements, winter, etc. to be included.

One resident complaint.

Talked about great American Clean Up and how dumpster was not opened.

There was a damn in the creek near trail holding up water.

A resident presented a letter they received. (not from HOA)

A resident said kids were playing in street.

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m., on

March 13^th, 2018, at Wallen Baptist Church by Ann Strebig.

Meeting Minutes

Reviewed and approved January meeting minutes.

Treasurer’s Report

Zach reported a balance of $40,403.63 as of January 31^st, 2018 and reported a balance of $40,493.89 as of February 28^th, 2018. A motion to approve financial reports for January and February and was approved.

New Business

We spoke of entrance signs and will start getting quotes for the signs and installation.

Spoke about Great American Clean up and garage sale date, to collaborate with Hearthstone.

Open Discussion

Talked about dues, expenses, and ponds briefly.
