2019 Annual Meeting Minutes

November 19^th, 2019

Opening

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m., on November 19th, 2019, at Wallen Baptist Church by Ann Strebig.

Present

Ann Strebig – President, Ado Kantaevic – Vice President, Katilyn Targgart – Treasurer, Rachael Caldwell – Secretary, and three residents.

Meeting Minutes

Reviewed November 2018 and September 2019 meeting minutes. Motion to approve was made and accepted.

Treasurer’s Report

Rachael reported a balance of $22,519.05 as of September 30^th 2019 and a balance of $15,610.91 as of October 31^st, 2019.

Went over budget, went over capital improvements, expected income of $56,007.

Open Discussion

Architectural request – flagpole

Votes counted – Ann Strebig, Ado Kantaeivc, Rachael Caldwell to remain board members, Jerry Vandeveer to join the board.

Adjournment

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made and seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 8:02 p.m. by Ann Strebig.

Reviewed minutes for January meeting.

Treasurer’s Report

Reported a balance of $71,951.90 as of January 31^st, 2020 and reported a balance of $68,666.16  as of February 29^th , 2020.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made and seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:30PM.

Opening 

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m., on  

January 14th, 2020, at Wallen Baptist Church by Rachael Caldwell. 

Present 

Ann Strebig – President, Ado Kantaevic – Vice President, Jerry Vandeveer – Treasurer, Rachael Caldwell – Secretary, and 2 residents present 

Treasurer’s Report 

Reported a balance of $23,509.81 as of November 30th, 2019 and reported a balance of $58,804.19 as of December 31st, 2019.  

New Business 

Northland Blvd – Keeps getting hit. 

Adjournment 

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made and seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:32 PM. The next meeting is the Annual HOA meeting, which will be held on March 10th, 2020 @ 7:00 p.m., at Headwaters Church (previously Wallen Baptist).
